Aromatan Cosmetics Pvt. Ltd.("ACPL") believes in helping its customers as far as possible. We advice you to place the order only after referring the description/features of the products, general terms and conditions, shipping policy etc.
- All orders placed shall be executed unless otherwise specifically cancelled as per policy of the company.
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have already initiated the process of shipping them.
- Order placed under the Same Day Delivery category shall not be cancelled once it is placed.
- Order placed for the product(s) offered under any promotional scheme shall not be cancelled once it is placed.
In following situation product may be returned to the company;
- product is delivered in damaged condition;
- product is delivered is defective;
- product delivered is different from what has been ordered;
In the above mentioned situation, subject to below mentioned conditions, product shall be entitled to return to the company;
- customer service team shall be informed by telephone or email within 24 hours from the receipt of the product;
- product shall be returned only if it is unopened & unused and in the same condition as has been delivered;
- product shall be returned in its original packaging along with original tags, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered;
- product returned which is opened, used or tested shall not be liable for return;
- product returned should not be received by ACPL in damaged condition or lost in transit. If so no refund or exchange can be processed. Hence, it is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no damage of goods in transit.
Products returned to the company in due compliance of the above conditions shall be exchanged without any further cost to the customer.
We advice that;
- Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner.
- Please contact customer care immediately if you open the packaging and discover that the item is damaged.
- Please do not use the product which is to be returned to the company even if it is delivered in damaged/defective condition. Damaged/defective product being used does not qualify for a refund or replacement.
- The amount of the product including shipping charges shall be refunded in case ACPL is unable to exchange the damaged / defective product.
- In the event you return any product which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, we will bear the shipping charges for the replacement product.
In following situation, ACPL shall refund the amount;
- cancellation of order as per cancellation policy
- Product returned as per return policy but ACPL is unable to exchange the damaged / defective product.
Refunds would be processed so as to reach the customer (if by cheque) or a credit to the credit card account within a maximum of 21 working days from the date of receipt of returned product by ACPL.
Please note that ACPL shall not be responsible for any delay caused by Cardholder's issuing bank in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account.
